I wanted to do a little something different for today’s post. Sure, all 10 of my regular readers proverbially eat up every tasty review I drop on this blog. But is that the best I can do to keep my audience—the masses—informed about the world of hot fudge sundaes?
To paraphrase Anton Ego, notorious food critic from Pixar’s Ratatouille, critics have it easy, and don’t add a lot of value to society. In fact, a basic critique of anything—be it film, food, the local currency exchange you frequent to get quarters for your laundry machine—is worthless. Virtually every experience is subjective, so who am I to say what’s good and what isn’t?
So this week, let’s go beyond what the ice cream parlors have to offer and consider how you can make hot fudge a stronger presence in your life. Today I humbly submit: The Hot Fudge Sundae Pop Tart.

I now realize my toes are visible in the above picture. Please control yourselves. And if I find myself on Wikifeet, I will sue.
Now, when I first conceived the idea for this post, I wanted to rank how they held up in their toasted and untoasted states. But in recent years, I find myself appalled at the idea of eating a cold Pop Tart. I did it all the time in high school. Today, I would shame that teen.
This post is also an opportunity to flex my Balmuda Toaster. It’s a specialized toaster oven with a steam feature that ensures all your toasted goods stay moist on the inside and golden brown on the outside. It was life changing for elevating my morning toast and reheating pizza to perfection. Now I wanted to see if it could elevate a Pop Tart in the same way.

The result? Honestly, a pretty average Pop Tart. There’s a reason Pop Tarts aren’t listed in Balmuda’s common use cases. Probably because Pop Tarts are hard to come by in Japan. Yea, that’s the only reason.

All that said, the Pop Tarts were warm where they needed to be, so what’s there to complain about? Plus the Balmuda Toaster has a genuine timer—not those arbitrary numbers on other toasters—so I know 2 minutes are all my Pop Tarts need.
So next time you find yourself at your local convenience store or large grocery chain and find yourself craving a sweet treat, forget fruit! Make your way to the…cereal aisle? Cookie aisle? I honestly don’t know, I just grab them on sight. Anyway, grab some Hot Fudge Pop Tarts to bring a little more fudge into your everyday.

Jack these blogs are fucking hilarious 😂😂
